It seems to me that I have been making Jams and Pickles forever..probably at least 50 years, but the last 10 years have allowed me to create  and enhance the traditional flavours from my mother and grandmother. My mother was a show cook, and I have followed her tradition, and have been privileged to win quite a few prizes, and I am especially proud of the prizes from the Royal Melbourne Show. I am very particular about the quality of my products…nothing is made that is not near to perfect in taste and flavour. Everything is made in small batches, and I mean small, so that I can have quality control. Everything is natural, absolutely no additives or preservatives. If I can source local produce I will, and my products are as much Australian as they can possibly be. My country farm background makes me very aware of how much we owe to our Australian farmers and their wonderful produce.
